Real Estate Assistant (Nairobi Property Viewings)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Real Estate Assistant to act as the eyes and ears of overseas Kenyan clients during property viewings in Nairobi. The role involves visiting properties, capturing visual documentation and providing clear feedback so clients can make confident purchase decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑person property viewings on behalf of overseas clients.
• Record comprehensive video walkthroughs and high‑quality photos of each property.
• Identify and report structural issues, neighbourhood context, and title concerns.
• Coordinate viewing schedules with agents, developers and property owners.
• Prepare and deliver written and video reports promptly after each viewing.
• Occasionally join live video calls to accompany clients virtually.

Required profile

• Based in or around Nairobi with reliable transportation.
• Trustworthy, punctual and able to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Nairobi or coastal property markets is a plus.
• Previous experience in real estate, hospitality or client‑facing roles preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with smartphone video and photo capture.
• Basic digital tools for documentation and reporting.
