Real Estate Digital Marketer

About the role

Linkmass Limited is seeking a Mid‑level Digital Marketer to drive online visibility and lead generation for its real‑estate portfolio. You will design and execute digital campaigns, manage social channels, and ensure the website showcases properties effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly and quarterly digital marketing strategies aligned with sales goals.
• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube) and create engaging content calendars.
• Update the company website with property listings, blogs, news, and optimise it for SEO.
• Produce marketing copy, blog articles, email newsletters, brochures, video scripts and coordinate photography, drone footage and virtual tours.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Generate and track qualified sales and rental leads using the CRM system and collaborate with the sales team.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and monitor online reputation.
• Analyse website traffic, lead generation, social engagement and advertising ROI, preparing weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (minimum 2 years) in digital marketing, preferably within real‑estate.
• Proven ability to create and manage multi‑channel campaigns that drive leads.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience reporting on key performance metrics.
