Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join Athena’s talent acquisition team. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess and onboard high‑impact leaders for our clients across the Philippines and Kenya.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and personal networks.
• Process applications in the Athena Applicant Tracking System, administer assessments and conduct final interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules, send invites and ensure participation of both candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide interview feedback, extend offers, and manage background checks and onboarding.
• Maintain and report on vacancy status, build talent pipelines and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably for senior‑level positions.
• Strong communication skills to manage stakeholders and candidates.
• Ability to anticipate hiring needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies.

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
• LinkedIn recruiting.
• Social media sourcing.
