About the role
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to identify, engage, and build relationships with qualified talent for current and future hiring needs. The role combines sourcing expertise, market awareness, and proactive candidate engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines of qualified candidates for recurring, niche, and high‑demand roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and advanced search techniques.
- Conduct initial screenings, provide candidate summaries and market insights to recruiters.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and share labor market intelligence.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related recruiting role.
- Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong expertise in candidate research, passive candidate outreach, and talent mapping.
