Regional Domain Manager – Driver Operations

About the role

We’re looking for a strategic and impact‑driven Regional Domain Manager – Driver Ops to lead Bolt’s driver operations across multiple markets in the region. The role is execution‑focused, accountable for rolling out central driver‑operations initiatives and ensuring programs such as driver acquisition, engagement, rewards, quality and community are delivered with excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end execution of global driver‑ops initiatives, translating central strategy into actionable regional plans.
• Own regional KPIs and OKRs (driver acquisition, retention, onboarding speed, engagement quality) and conduct tracking, root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead regional business reviews, prepare executive commentary and escalate operational blockers for rapid intervention.
• Resolve prioritisation and resource conflicts with General Managers and central teams, aligning resources with high‑ROI opportunities.
• Enforce adoption of central tools, dashboards and playbooks to ensure consistency across markets.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in operations, program management or category ownership with regional or multi‑country scope.
• Proven success leading multi‑country initiatives with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset, experience managing budgets, trade‑offs and ROI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, including senior leadership engagement.
• High ownership, initiative and ability to bring structure to ambiguous contexts.
