Regional Independent Sales Partner

About the role

LipaRent is looking for motivated individuals to act as independent sales partners in their local city. You will be responsible for introducing the LipaRent rent‑management platform to landlords, property managers and real‑estate agencies, helping them streamline rent collection, tenant management and property oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target landlords, property managers and real‑estate agencies in your city and surrounding areas.
• Demonstrate the LipaRent platform and explain its benefits.
• Build and maintain relationships with local property‑industry contacts.
• Understand prospects’ current rent and property‑management processes.
• Follow up with interested prospects until they are successfully onboarded.
• Support new clients during account setup and their first weeks on the platform.
• Record leads, conversations and progress in the LipaRent Sales CRM.
• Develop and execute your own local outreach strategy and network.

Required profile

• Resides in or has a strong professional network in Kisumu, Mombasa or Nakuru.
• Good knowledge of the local rental and property‑management environment.
• Comfortable making calls, sending WhatsApp messages and visiting prospects in person.
• Clear communication skills and confidence presenting a digital product.
• Self‑driven, organized and able to manage daily outreach independently.
• Focused on measurable client acquisition and onboarding results.
