Regional Marketing Executive

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Define and create country‑specific marketing strategies for Kenya.
• Develop and implement demand‑generation and lead‑generation plans, and roll them out across the market.
• Launch marketing campaigns, monitor performance, and evaluate success against KPIs.
• Support market research for new region penetration, respecting local ethics, culture, and customs.
• Provide assistance for marketing events, exhibitions, and ongoing marketing activities.
• Coordinate the marketing team, manage delegated projects, and ensure alignment with regional teams.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current trends and best practices.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Business Development Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a business‑related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Deep understanding of the Kenyan market.
• Excellent Swahili and very good English proficiency.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask, work dynamically, and stay target‑oriented.
