Regional Marketing Executive

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Define and create country‑specific marketing strategies for Kenya.
• Develop and implement demand‑generation and lead‑generation plans.
• Launch marketing campaigns and evaluate their success against KPIs.
• Support market research during new region penetration, respecting local ethics, culture, and customs.
• Assist with marketing events, exhibitions, and ongoing activities.
• Coordinate the marketing team and manage delegated projects.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current trends and best practices.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Business Development Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related business field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Deep understanding of the Kenyan market.
• Excellent Swahili and strong English communication skills.
