Regional Service Manager

About the role

The Regional Service Manager will lead the after‑sales service function across the region, ensuring smooth operations, high customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement of service processes.

Key responsibilities

• Define, communicate and enforce customer service standards.
• Oversee achievement of agreed service levels and monitor KPIs.
• Plan, prioritize and delegate tasks to maintain department performance.
• Develop and manage the service network, including ASP and call‑center appointments.
• Negotiate with vendors, select partners and ensure necessary resources and tools are available.
• Handle complex and escalated customer issues.
• Monitor reporting accuracy and analyse data to drive service improvements.
• Coordinate service projects, support growth strategies and identify training needs.
• Ensure availability and timely delivery of spare parts and accessories.

Required profile

• Strong ability to engage with a broad customer base.
• Ownership of after‑sales problems with proven problem‑solving capability.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor‑management skills.
• Experience in consumer durable or home‑appliance after‑sales service (a plus).
• In‑depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Capability to understand product technicalities and train service engineers.
• Graduate degree with a minimum of 6 years of after‑sales service experience.
