Registered Nurse - Qatar Placement Program

About the role

Stratostaff EA Ltd is recruiting registered nurses (BScN/KRN/KRCHN) licensed by the Nursing Council of Kenya for placement in leading healthcare facilities in Qatar. The position suits experienced nurses who want to work in a modern, fast-paced, multicultural environment with attractive remuneration and benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with hospital standards, policies and patient safety protocols.
• Assess, monitor and evaluate patients, reporting changes to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely, monitoring for reactions and side effects.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation, medical records and nursing reports.
• Provide patient-centered care including hygiene, nutrition and mobility assistance, and emotional support.
• Assist physicians and teams during procedures and examinations, and respond to emergencies and critical care situations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, protect patient confidentiality and operate medical equipment responsibly.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication and post-care procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in nursing (KRN/KRCHN/BScN) from a recognized institution.
• Valid practicing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
• Completed and passed the Qatar Prometric examination and the DataFlow verification process.
• Valid passport and good command of spoken and written English.
• Experience in ICU, ER/A&E, theatre, pediatrics, medical-surgical, HDU or critical care is an added advantage.
