Relationship Manager

About the role

We are seeking a self‑motivated Relationship Manager to join Opulent Hub Ltd’s Nakuru headquarters. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with individual and business clients while promoting the company’s financial products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage strong relationships with individual and business clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio.
• Market and sell the company’s financial products, including loans, investments, asset finance, and vehicle solutions.
• Assess customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare and process loan applications, ensuring complete documentation.
• Monitor loan performance and support collection efforts.
• Conduct client visits, business development activities, and market outreach.
• Achieve monthly sales and portfolio growth targets.
• Prepare periodic reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Banking or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking, SACCO, micro‑finance, lending or other financial services.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven sales and customer‑relationship management track record.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
