About the role
The Relationship Officer will act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, promoting the bank's financial products and services. You will work within the Westlands branch, handling loan applications and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new clients.
- Market the company's financial products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Process loan applications and follow up on repayments.
- Achieve assigned sales and portfolio growth targets.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly reports.
Required profile
- KCSE Certificate (Diploma or Degree is an added advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work within the assigned branch.

What we offer
- Gross salary: KES 25,000 per month (plus other benefits as per company policy).
