Remote Appointment Setter - Dating & Matchmaking

About the role

Together Light is hiring a full-time remote appointment setter for its dating and matchmaking business. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you qualify leads and set up appointments with the Sales Team, helping members find love. The position is remote and open to contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and schedule consultations with the Love Specialist.
• Handle inbound calls, chats and emails, turning interest into scheduled appointments.
• Provide a positive, professional and welcoming experience to all prospective clients.
• Follow up with clients by SMS, email and calls when needed.
• Keep learning about the services, ads and client-facing materials.
• Meet and exceed appointment-setting targets and KPIs.
• Update the CRM and internal systems with client information and outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members and support departments for a smooth handover.
• Report recurring issues to the Manager and suggest improvements to processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or appointment setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English, with great listening skills and attention to detail.
• Professional phone etiquette with a warm, persuasive tone.
• Proactive, self-motivated, organized and able to multitask.
• Comfortable with flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Able to work independently in a quiet, dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Tech-savvy, with reliable fiber optic internet (minimum 50 Mbps).
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM on a desktop or laptop (typing test required before applying).
