Remote Computer Science Teacher (Full-time)

About the role

This is a full-time remote role for a Computer Science Teacher at Caplora International School. The teacher will design and deliver engaging online lessons in Computer Science, aligned with the Cambridge British curriculum and relevant homeschooling standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and deliver live or recorded classes.
• Assign and assess coursework, providing timely feedback to learners.
• Collaborate with academic staff on curriculum development and integrate STEM‑related activities.
• Support learners in developing critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians and maintain accurate academic records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of teaching resources and methods.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Computer Science and related technologies.
• Experience teaching Computer Science to diverse learners in online or blended environments.
• Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development for Cambridge or similar international curricula.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Education, or a closely related field.
• Familiarity with homeschooling approaches and digital learning platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong virtual classroom management.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a remote academic team.
