We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to handle inbound email inquiries for a global technology client. The contractor will work independently from any location, delivering clear and timely responses that meet service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze incoming customer emails to identify issues, questions, or requests.
• Draft professional, solution‑oriented replies that adhere to company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions in the support system.
