Remote Data Analyst – Business Insights

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our client’s team on a contract basis. Working remotely, you will turn complex datasets into actionable business insights that drive strategic decisions for a global leader in software development and data infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports and visualizations to support decision‑making across departments.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to guarantee accuracy and consistency.

Required profile

• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data processing and analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex functions.
