Remote Information Manager – Data Annotation & QA

About the role

We are looking for a remote Information Manager to oversee the collection, validation, and management of human‑annotated datasets used to train AI models. The role is full‑time and supports a global leader in data infrastructure, ensuring high‑quality data pipelines for downstream applications.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously update human‑annotated datasets for AI training and evaluation.
• Review and validate data labels to guarantee consistency and quality across all datasets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements and resolve annotation discrepancies.
• Document data collection methods, labeling guidelines, and quality‑control procedures.
• Monitor data pipeline performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience with data annotation, validation, or quality‑assurance processes.
• Familiarity with labeling tools such as Label Studio or Prodigy (preferred).
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, or other data‑management platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
• Excellent written communication for documenting processes and guidelines.
