Remote Telesales Agent – Work from Home (Kakamega)

About the role

Nutrawell Africa Limited is seeking motivated Telesales Agents to join its sales team. The role involves making outbound calls to company‑provided leads, explaining products in English and Kiswahili, and converting prospects into sales. It is a 100 % work‑from‑home position after a four‑day on‑site training in Kakamega.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads supplied by the company.
• Explain product features clearly and professionally.
• Answer customer questions, handle objections and follow up interested prospects.
• Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and uphold customer confidentiality.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
• Confident, persuasive and energetic phone presence.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Prior experience in telesales, sales or call‑centre environments (advantageous).
• Willingness to learn company procedures and attend a four‑day training program.
