Remote UI Engineer – Contract

About the role

We are seeking a skilled UI Engineer to join a leading technology client on a contract basis. This fully remote position focuses on building and maintaining high‑quality, responsive user interface components for a cutting‑edge platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement responsive, accessible, and performant UI components using modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional interfaces.
• Ensure cross‑browser and cross‑device compatibility while maintaining design system consistency.
• Optimize UI performance by identifying and resolving rendering and load‑time bottlenecks.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following best practices and accessibility standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience building web interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands‑on knowledge of modern front‑end frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and CSS preprocessors.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a remote environment.
