Response Team Security Supervisor

About the role

The Security Supervisor is a key position that requires hard work, coordination and the ability to respond quickly to incidents. The role supports the safety of staff, residents, visitors and high‑profile executives within Tatu City.

Key responsibilities

• Protect staff of TCL and the physical assets of Rendeavour.
• Secure Tatu City residents, tenants and visitors.
• Provide close protection and escort duties for Rendeavour executives and their families.
• Respond to emergencies, suspicious activity, criminal behaviour and security breaches according to established plans.
• Coordinate fire‑outbreak response and work with external fire responders.
• Supervise and deliver on‑the‑job training to the Usalama Team.
• Coordinate security matters with Armed CIPU officers.
• Submit daily shift reports to the Security Manager.

Required profile

• High School Certificate (minimum qualification).
• At least 6 years of experience as an armed security officer in the police force or military.
• Valid firearm license and relevant training.
• Clear criminal record.
• Familiarity with report writing.
• Excellent surveillance and observation abilities.
