RGM Manager – EA & GAID

About the role

The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Manager will own pricing, promotion and mix optimisation for Beiersdorf in Kenya. Reporting to regional leadership, the role drives sustainable value growth across FMCG categories through data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously refresh the pricing strategy, lead price‑increase preparation, impact analysis and rollout tracking.
• Design and execute end‑to‑end promotion strategies, maintain the Promo Management Tool and analyse promo ROI using Nielsen and internal data.
• Lead mix‑optimization exercises twice a year, define optimal product‑mix scenarios and drive cross‑functional action plans.
• Steer business planning, budgeting and forecasting by providing pricing and promotion inputs to sales plans and ABP discussions.
• Partner with Sales and Finance to assess total trade investment, ensure governance of promotional spend and identify value‑leakage risks.

Required profile

• 6‑9 years of experience in Commercial Finance, RGM, Trade Marketing or Pricing, with 3‑5 years of hands‑on RGM/commercial analytics in an FMCG environment.
• Proven ability to work with senior cross‑functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance) and analyse syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI).
• Strong understanding of financial KPIs, P&L drivers and commercial decision‑making.
