Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team in Westlands, Nairobi. The role focuses on promoting our banking and financial products, building client relationships, and driving revenue through commission‑based sales.
Key responsibilities
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Promote products and services to potential customers.
- Engage in outbound activities away from the office as needed.
- Identify and target new market opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Required profile
- Completed O‑Level education.
- Preferably a background in banking or marketing.
- Outgoing, social, and self‑driven with an ambitious attitude.
- Open‑minded to new ideas and flexible.
- Age 25 years or older.
- Past experience in sales is an advantage.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Database handling skills.
- Strong math skills.
