About the role
Simplepay Capital Limited is looking for enthusiastic interns to support its sales and collection functions across Kenya. This role offers hands‑on experience in account management, lead generation and payment processing within the banking and finance sector.
Key responsibilities
- Review open accounts and identify collection opportunities.
- Assist in marketing activities and generate new leads.
- Help negotiate payment schedules with customers.
- Collect customer payments in line with due dates.
- Support KYC verification and due‑diligence processes.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the team.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree preferred; good general education level.
- Computer literacy and basic office software proficiency.
- Previous internship experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate and work in any region of Kenya.
