About the role
Join Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller as a Sales Consultant. You will work on the shop floor, helping customers experience the latest Apple technology and guiding them to the right solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Maximise sales opportunities across all iStore product lines.
- Provide hands‑on demonstrations of Apple devices and services.
- Proactively engage customers, understand their needs and present complete solutions.
- Create memorable, customer‑focused experiences that reflect the iStore brand.
Required profile
- Completed Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE).
- Some sales experience, preferably in retail, or strong product knowledge.
- Passion for and knowledge of Apple products.
- Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
