Sales Consultant

About the role

The Sales Consultant will drive tenant acquisition for Beyond Mall by identifying, qualifying and converting business prospects into long‑term tenants. You will act as the primary point of contact for decision‑makers, guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring a smooth hand‑over to the operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential tenants suitable for Beyond Mall.
• Engage directly with business owners, directors, branch managers, heads of retail, expansion and operations managers.
• Qualify prospects based on business type, space needs, budget, interest level and timeline.
• Share approved leasing information and available space details.
• Arrange site visits or office meetings and follow up diligently.
• Assist interested tenants through booking, deposit and lease‑signing processes.
• Update the Excel sales report daily and maintain accurate contact records.
• Meet weekly targets: minimum 20 conversations, 8 qualified leads and 5 site visits.

Required profile

• Strong sales and communication abilities.
• Confidence speaking with senior business decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet targets.
• Reliable smartphone for official communication.
• Laptop with email access.
• Availability for site visits and office meetings.
• Experience in sales, business development, leasing, retail or real estate is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
