Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to lead and optimise our Sales Development operation in Nairobi. The role oversees SDR teams, supervisors and quality‑assurance staff, ensuring KPI achievement, operational efficiency and scalable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the entire SDR operation, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs and sales goals.
• Oversee SDRs, Supervisors, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams.
• Manage team leaders and support organisational development initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting on team results.
• Analyse data to identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Optimise sales processes, workflows and operational procedures.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Ensure alignment between sales operations and overall business objectives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in sales leadership, call‑center operations or SDR management.
• Proven track record managing leaders and high‑performing teams.
• Experience implementing operational improvements and performance strategies.
• Strong background in KPI management and performance analysis.
• Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strategic thinking with an analytical mindset.
• Ability to drive results and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
