Sales Development Representative – Immediate Start in Nairobi

About the role

We are seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives to join our fast‑growing team in Nairobi. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead generation and setting up qualified meetings for the sales organisation. Immediate start is required.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Execute multi‑channel strategies to generate qualified opportunities.
• Qualify leads against the Ideal Customer Profile and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Achieve and exceed activity, pipeline and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth hand‑off of qualified prospects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development, outbound sales or business development.
• Proven track record in prospecting and lead generation.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Results‑driven, resilient and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment.
• Available to work on‑site in Nairobi and able to start immediately.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Apollo.
