About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our fast‑paced team in Nairobi. The SDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through high‑volume outbound outreach and qualifying leads for the sales organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct high‑volume prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales staff.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Build rapport with prospects and uncover business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to support pipeline growth.
  • Consistently achieve daily and weekly KPI targets.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, SDR, BDR, call‑center sales, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1+) with strong verbal and written communication.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a KPI‑driven environment.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and results‑oriented.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo or similar.
