Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. As the first point of contact with potential clients, you will drive outbound prospecting, generate qualified opportunities, and lay the foundation for lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to identify and engage prospects.
• Qualify leads, uncover real business opportunities, and schedule high‑quality meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed activity, conversion, and pipeline growth KPIs.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales roles such as SDR, BDR, call‑center sales, appointment setting, or high‑volume outbound environments.
• Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection and stay results‑driven.
• Clear, confident, and persuasive communication skills.
• High energy, sense of urgency, and adaptability in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with HubSpot.
• Experience with Apollo.io or similar sales enablement tools.
