Sales Development Representative – Nordics

About the role

SOCRadar is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (Outbound) to join its Nordics/CEE team. You will be the first point of contact with prospective customers, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads across the Nordics/CEE market using cold calls, email campaigns, social media and networking events.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with SOCRadar’s target market and value proposition.
• Communicate product features, benefits and value as a trusted advisor during early sales conversations.
• Build and nurture relationships with decision‑makers such as C‑level executives, IT managers and security professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and manage the early stages of the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified opportunities and support joint sales initiatives.
• Stay up‑to‑date on cybersecurity trends, competitive landscape and emerging technologies.
• Meet and exceed targets for lead generation and qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• Highly motivated and results‑driven with a passion for technology and cybersecurity.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent English; additional Nordic language skills are a plus.
