About the role
Tilisi Developments is hiring a Sales Executive for housing sales, reporting to the Head of Sales. The role covers the end-to-end sales of residential housing units, from prospecting to handover and after-sales support.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end sales process for residential housing units.
- Conduct site visits, pitch to prospects and close deals efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation.
- Manage client communication, legal documentation and payments.
- Support buyers through handovers and after-sales service.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.
- 3+ years in real estate or 5+ years in high-value sales.
- Proven sales track record and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, client focus and a proactive approach.
