Sales Executive

About the role

Top Level Management is hiring a full-time Sales Executive in Westlands, Kenya. The role drives both B2B and B2C sales and achieves agreed sales and revenue targets, while also supporting business development and social media engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and potential clients.
• Generate leads through customer visits, cold calls, telesales, referrals, networking, social media and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Manage customer enquiries, follow-ups, feedback and after-sales relationships.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer and prospect database/CRM and track the sales pipeline.
• Prepare sales presentations, quotations, proposals and client pitches.
• Support business development research, including potential partners, clients, tenders and market opportunities.
• Support social media engagement, content ideas, lead generation and online visibility.
• Contribute to team effort and prepare regular sales and business development reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Communications or another business-related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, business development, customer relationship management or a related role.
• Experience in B2B sales is an added advantage.
