Sales Manager – Central & Eastern Africa (F&B Components & Spare Parts)

About the role

Stratostaff East Africa is hiring a Sales Manager based in Nairobi to drive sustainable sales growth and market expansion across Central and Eastern Africa. The role covers F&B components and spare parts, combining technical expertise with strong customer and distributor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets for revenue, profitability and market share
• Develop and retain key customer accounts and expand into new markets
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across the region
• Build, manage and grow distributor partnerships
• Provide technical sales support, product demonstrations and training
• Execute regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives
• Maintain the sales pipeline, forecasts and reporting through CRM tools

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of field sales experience in the F&B or industrial solutions market
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business
• Experience with distributors and regional sales structures is an added advantage
• Knowledge of processing, packaging, filtration, pumps and valves is highly desirable
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the region
