About the role
The Sales Manager will head the Business Generation department at Fast Choice Limited Kenya, overseeing all commercial activities to increase revenue, acquire new customers and expand market share for the company’s office‑furniture solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets while improving profitability and gross margins.
- Identify and penetrate new markets and customer segments across government, NGOs, corporate, banking, healthcare, education and real‑estate sectors.
- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to drive business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, reactivate dormant customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an accurate CRM database, track interactions and generate business‑intelligence reports.
- Lead tender management activities, from opportunity identification to presentation, conversion and compliance.
- Oversee quotation preparation, issuance and follow‑up to maximise conversion rates.
- Coordinate customer engagement programmes and resolve escalated service issues.
Required profile
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Experience in business development, market expansion and key‑account management.
- Strong understanding of tender processes and quotation management.
- Ability to manage and analyse CRM data to drive commercial decisions.
