Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

Alexon Group Ltd, a leading manufacturer of concrete and construction materials in Ugunja, is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager. The role will drive commercial strategy, expand market presence and accelerate revenue across all business divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Lead, mentor and supervise the sales and marketing team.
• Drive customer acquisition, key‑account management and market expansion.
• Oversee branding, digital marketing, promotions and product launches.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven record of meeting sales targets and leading high‑performing teams.
• Strong strategic planning, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing or building‑materials sector is an advantage.
