Sales & Marketing Representative

About the role

Agwima Naturals is seeking an enthusiastic, self‑driven Sales & Marketing Representative to promote and sell its natural botanical hydrosols across Nairobi. The role focuses on expanding market presence and building strong relationships with beauty and personal‑care outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell Agwima Naturals hydrosols throughout Nairobi.
• Develop relationships with salons, spas, beauty shops, natural hair specialists and individual customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Promote products through direct marketing and digital channels.
• Follow up on customer orders, sales and payments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing and selling natural botanical beauty, skincare, haircare or related wellness products.
• Good understanding of natural beauty products and their applications.
• Strong communication, customer engagement and selling skills.
• Ability to identify new customers, develop markets and grow sales.
• Self‑motivated, trustworthy and target‑driven.
• Familiarity with Nairobi's beauty and personal care market is an advantage.
