About the role
We are looking for an energetic, results‑driven Sales Person to promote our waste collection and disposal services in the Ruiru and Kimbo areas. This commission‑based position offers unlimited earning potential for a self‑motivated individual who enjoys building client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach and sign up new customers for waste collection services.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients in the target area.
- Educate prospects on the environmental and cost benefits of our services.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to the management team.
Required profile
- Outgoing, confident and persuasive communicator.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working independently.
- Familiarity with the Ruiru/Kimbo neighbourhoods.
- Passion for environmental sustainability is a plus.
