Sales Personnel

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Personnel to present and sell Mom Easy Company Limited’s products and services to both existing and prospective clients in Nairobi. The role involves building relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to target specific contacts and leads.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activities.
• Identify sales prospects, develop and maintain sales materials, and keep product knowledge up‑to‑date.
• Manage account services through quality checks and maintain client relationships.

Required profile

• At least a Diploma in a related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar sales capacity.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑oriented approach.
• Self‑motivated, aggressive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in the Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector and high integrity.
