Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative will generate leads, build strong client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets within a furniture retail environment. The role combines showroom engagement, product demonstration, and end‑to‑end order management to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Welcome clients in the showroom, identify needs, and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations with technical support.
• Collaborate with designers and visual merchandisers to create customized layouts and mood boards.
• Conduct site visits, take accurate measurements, and prepare precise quotations.
• Negotiate terms, confirm product availability, and manage order booking through to invoicing and delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling issues before, during, and after delivery.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships, provide after‑sales support, and gather customer feedback.
• Assist in setting up attractive showroom displays and adhere to company sales policies.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in furniture retail sales.
• Proven track record in lead generation, client engagement, and deal closure.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills across departments.
• High sense of responsibility, integrity, and business ethics.
• Solution‑driven client orientation, comfortable engaging high‑end customers.
• Familiarity with CRM practices for managing client relationships.
