About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to drive our presence in Nairobi and its surrounding markets. The role involves building strong client relationships, promoting our product range, and ensuring smooth order and distribution processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Understand the Nairobi market and work effectively under pressure.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Communicate company policies clearly to clients.
  • Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Update client information, track sales progress and coverage areas.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, stock, competitive surveys and client insights.
  • Follow up client orders, manage van distribution and promote products.
  • Assist customers with product displays, maintain sales records and customer databases, and explore new market opportunities.
  • Monitor client stock and sales, providing data‑driven management suggestions.
  • Support clients in building and managing their sales teams.
  • Identify and develop new potential markets and clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Required profile

  • Graduate from one of Kenya’s top five universities.
  • Minimum two years of relevant sales experience; age under 30.
  • Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
  • Proficient with office software.

  • Microsoft Office suite
