Salesforce / AI Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce / AI Developer to join a growing team in Westlands, Nairobi. You will design, build, and enhance custom Salesforce solutions while integrating AI and automation to improve operational efficiency and client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, triggers, and integrations.
• Build AI‑powered automations and embed AI capabilities into business processes.
• Develop integrations with revenue, finance, and third‑party systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to create secure, scalable solutions.
• Apply best practices for testing, deployment, change management, and release management.
• Troubleshoot and optimise existing Salesforce functionality and integrations.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Platform Developer.
• Proven experience developing on the Salesforce platform with Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations.
• Experience delivering AI, automation, or system integration projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Westlands, Nairobi during 1:00 AM – 10:00 AM EAT.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
