Sanitary Product Quality Inspector

About the role

This position is a quality inspector for sanitary products such as tissues, diapers and hygiene items. The role covers inspection of raw materials, in-process components and finished goods, and laboratory testing to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process components and finished sanitary products to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Perform physical, chemical and microbiological testing on product samples following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor manufacturing line operations continuously to identify, document and report product defects or process deviations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of inspections, test results and non-conformance reports.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory testing equipment to guarantee measurement accuracy and operational safety.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Chemistry, Biology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the personal care or sanitary products industry.
• Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO 9001 standards and relevant industry regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
