About the role
The School Nurse provides quality nursing services and patient care to students and staff at Kingdom International Premier Schools, ensuring a safe and healthy school environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver health and safety services, including emergency preparedness and response.
- Provide direct patient care and maintain health records with confidentiality.
- Collaborate with staff, manage health supplies, and support student well‑being through basic counselling.
Required profile
- Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya with a valid practicing license.
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience; school experience is a plus.
- Born‑again Christian.
Required skills
- Ability to classify diseases and address patient needs with empathy.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision‑making skills.
- Time management, organizational, and basic counselling abilities.
