Scrum Master Intern (Remote, Unpaid, 6 Months)

About the role

A remote, unpaid 6-month Scrum Master internship for fresh graduates or early-career people interested in Agile project management. You will work closely with experienced Scrum Masters, Product Owners and development teams, gaining hands-on exposure to real Agile delivery environments.

Key responsibilities

• Support and take part in Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
• Help manage the product backlog, sprint backlog and task tracking
• Use tools such as Trello and Slack for task management and team communication
• Track progress on boards (To Do, Doing, Review, Done)
• Learn and apply user stories, story points and estimations
• Identify and escalate blockers or risks to the Scrum Master
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams under the guidance of the PMO and senior team members
• Gain exposure to Agile practices in AI/ML-driven projects

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or people starting a career in Agile/Scrum
• Candidates from any discipline with an interest in project management or tech delivery
• Basic understanding or strong interest in Scrum, Kanban or Agile
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn, take initiative and work in a team
• Ability to stay organized and manage tasks effectively

Required skills

• Familiarity with Trello, Jira or similar tools is a plus but not mandatory
