About the role
Oakridge Nursery and Landscaping, in business since 1979, is hiring a seasonal Landscape Maintenance Technician. The position is full time from April through November and involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
Key responsibilities
- Pull and spray weeds
- Prune shrubs and perennials
- Trim trees
- Spread mulch and clean landscape beds
- Rake up debris and remove or divide plants
- Deliver custom planters
- Water and/or fertilize annual planters
Required profile
- Able to lift 50 lbs with frequent bending
- High energy level and able to work at a fast pace
- Able to stand and walk on hard surfaces for the whole shift
- Able to work in heat, rain and cold
- Flexible work schedule
