Security Manager

About the role

The Security Manager will lead the Group’s security strategy across estates, factories, stores, offices, transport operations and other locations. The role involves assessing risks, implementing mitigation measures and ensuring the safety of people, assets and business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Group security policies, strategies and operational plans.
• Manage security operations across estates, factories, warehouses and other sites.
• Conduct security risk assessments, audits and routine inspections.
• Oversee access control, CCTV, alarms, perimeter protection and Security Control Room operations.
• Lead investigations into theft, fraud, vandalism and other security incidents.
• Coordinate emergency response, crisis management and business continuity planning.
• Provide daily security intelligence and situational reports to management.
• Manage security teams, outsourced providers and the security budget.
• Engage with police, government agencies, community leaders and emergency services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in security management, criminology, risk management or related field.
• Minimum 7 years progressive experience in multi‑site security management, preferably in tea, agriculture, manufacturing or FMCG.
• Proven experience in security control room management and investigations.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and law‑enforcement liaison skills.
• Professional certifications such as CPP, CFE, PCI, PSP or SRMP are an advantage.
