Senior Account Executive – East Africa

About the role

Native is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead new‑logo acquisition and revenue growth with leading CPG manufacturers and distributors across Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. You will own the full sales cycle for subscription‑based intelligence products that help commercial teams navigate the fragmented traditional trade market.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end enterprise sales from prospecting to close, with no hand‑offs.
• Accelerate deal velocity by removing friction and converting opportunities into revenue quickly.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and expand Native’s footprint in priority geographies.
• Engage CPG manufacturers and distributors to understand pain points around market‑share insights, distribution, and retail execution.
• Position Native as the essential operating system for commercial growth in traditional trade.

Required profile

• Proven track record of enterprise sales success with consistent quota attainment.
• Experience selling subscription‑based products and negotiating long‑term contracts.
• Familiarity with the execution needs of CPG manufacturers and distributors, including retail execution and performance management.
• High‑leverage, high‑agency mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
