About the role
As a Customer Solution Architect focused on Partner Enablement and Sales Acceleration, you will be a key individual contributor driving the adoption of Siemens' Digital Industries portfolio across the United States. Reporting to the Manager of Sales Acceleration Partner Enablement, you will work closely with inside sales, partner sales teams, and customers to deliver automation and digitalization solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the Siemens Sales Engagement Process within assigned accounts to meet acceleration targets.
- Implement sales acceleration strategies, policies, and guidelines in line with management objectives.
- Identify emerging markets and target customers for the Digital Industries Automation portfolio.
- Collaborate with Partner Sales, Marketing, Product Management and other internal stakeholders to maximize market opportunities.
- Translate complex customer challenges into actionable requirements and deliver innovative automation solutions.
- Serve as a trusted technical and strategic advisor to customers and internal sales teams.
Required profile
- 8+ years of proven experience in technical sales, solution consulting, application engineering, or a similar individual contributor role.
- Strong understanding of automation and digitalization technologies.
- Ability to work independently and influence cross‑functional teams.
