Senior Agentic AI Developer

About the role

Sonata Software is looking for a Senior Agentic AI Developer to design, build and deploy enterprise‑grade AI agents. You will work with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI and a suite of enterprise platforms to create conversational experiences that drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and release AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Configure topics, actions, knowledge sources and multi‑turn conversational flows.
• Integrate agents with Salesforce, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ServiceNow, SharePoint and Dataverse.
• Build Power Automate workflows and API‑based integrations, including MCP integrations.
• Implement Human‑In‑The‑Loop approval processes and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns.
• Design prompt templates, grounding strategies and validate against a golden test corpus.
• Support UAT, production deployment, monitoring and troubleshooting of agent performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 5‑9 years of professional experience developing AI‑enabled solutions.
• Proven ability to work on complex integrations across multiple enterprise systems.
