Senior Android Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Android Engineer to join a fully remote, globally distributed team focused on mobile security and fraud prevention. You will design and enhance advanced Android SDKs and applications that deliver device intelligence and detection capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and optimization of Android SDKs and mobile apps for fraud detection and security.
• Design and implement advanced detection signals while improving performance, stability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, analysts, and security researchers to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Research, prototype, and evaluate new methodologies to strengthen mobile intelligence.
• Analyze post‑deployment data to refine server‑side logic and detection accuracy.
• Maintain open‑source Android projects and demo applications, enhancing developer experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in native Android development.
• Strong background in information security, mobile security, or fraud prevention.
• Proven ownership of Android applications and SDKs from concept to production.
• Deep understanding of Android internals and mobile system behavior.
